With decades of public service experience, including serving as County Clerk and now as Deputy Treasurer, I understand how county systems work and how decisions impact families, homeowners, and small businesses. I am running for Assessor to ensure property values are determined responsibly, communicated clearly, and applied equitably.

Every homeowner and business owner deserves property values that are accurate and equitable. I will work to ensure valuations are based on reliable data, consistent methodology, and careful review. My commitment is simple: no surprises, no excessive jumps without explanation, and no one treated unfairly.
Transparency
The Assessor’s Office should never feel confusing or inaccessible. I believe property owners deserve clear communication about how values are determined and why changes occur. I will prioritize open processes, plain-language explanations, and improved public access to information so residents can understand and trust the system.

Public service requires responsibility. I will ensure the Assessor’s Office operates efficiently, follows the law, and treats every property owner with professionalism and respect. With my experience managing county systems, I know how to lead with integrity and deliver results that serve the entire community.
